Jalem is an educator, writer, artist, mentor and community enthusiast. He is a native of Tampa, Fl and enjoys education, culture and community. He is a graduate of FAMU, USF and UT. 

Rickie is an author, motivational speaker, life coach and community activist. Rickie is a native of Tampa, Florida and is dedicated to making sure people reach their full potential. 

Jeremy is an entrepreneur, mentor, author, community activist, motivational speaker and father. Jeremy runs a successful business, Outwork Everybody, and is dedicated to keeping boys engaged, off of the streets and productive. Jeremy is a native of Tampa, Florida.
